Overall, what is it that makes a doctor site good vs. bad???

Wow, that's a big question with a lot of answers! There are a few things to keep in mind... and one of the first things you may want to do is visit our ADVICE section, where we delve into that issue and a lot of others. Some general things: (1) the site should download fast, (2) it should be clean and concise, (3) it should not use overbearing colors (like a black background), (4) it should serve your visitors moreso than serving the search engines.
