Should I Blog?

I have seen a lot of Blog sites and wondered if this was something that should be considered in my own website strategy?

When used properly, Blogs can be very powerful. A common practice nowadays is to have previous patient create their own blog and talk about their procedure and their experiences. They should include a link back to your website. These testimonials will not only help to build up your practices credibility, but it will also help to increase the number of links back to your website.
