No one is posting

My website has a forum, but we are not getting visitors to post on it. What can we do to change that?

If no one is posting, try starting posts and new cosmetic surgery topics yourself. It may sound foolish, but you can even do this as different identities by registering yourself as several members. In essence, you'll be having conversations with yourself. Make sure that your topics are ones that people are interested in.

If no one is posting, how do I know what topics they are interested in?

One way would be to visit other forums that cover the same topics as your own. See what kind of conversations are taking place there and then write about them in your own. You can also add an interactive section with your visitors where you post a question to the general audience and let them answer away.
