Marketing multiple websites

I was wondering if you recommend marketing multiple plastic surgery websites for your clients? Is this something that works? Have you done this before?

This is something we've had experience with. In fact, one client has over 20 websites!!! These days, though, it's not something we focus on too much. The chief reason is that you can really get fantastic results with one website. What's more, with the Google sandbox (where brand new websites take much longer to get rankings), it really makes sense to focus on what you already have in place.
