Free Hosting

I am interested in having a website developed soon. I am looking into hosting options and found several that offer free hosting. Is there a catch? Is there any reason why I should not use this service?

Free website hosting sounds like a great idea. What you should ask yourself is why is it free and what am I really getting as far as service is concerned.

Most of these so called free services offer you a shared service account and very limited technical support. So if your site goes down, it can be a nightmare to get it back online.
